Xpert Sports contacted Merranti business consultants when they wanted to start a new company for a new idea in sports training. With limited time and needing a head start Merranti with them to agree the strategy.
The following meeting we incepted the new company, provided the necessary company handbooks and policies as well as arranging for them to meet the local Barclays Bank Manager. Lastly we set them with Google apps and there emails , joint calendar and document storage was all up and running. All with 6 hours.

Looking for a company that could provide business assistance and website management as well implementation, Party Central has chosen Merranti Consulting to assist with 5 shops over the next two years and a significant web presence within the first year.
Initially based out of Banstead, Surrey, UK the company believe that only with outsourcing the initial setup elements under an agreed business model will they be successful in being able to launch a retail and online presence as well as maintain the focus on the efficiency of the business. ___________________________________________
Solution to Property Developer’s site issues in Uxbridge
Merranti assisted a property developer with their 180 apartment units in London when the site began to run at a loss. The valuations were showing as less than the current bank debt and the funding bank took back control of the site. Merranti was able to step in, and after giving initial business advice, was able to renegotiate the deal so that all units were brought to practical completion.
The developer requested further advice and we were able to produce a successful marketing campaign which resulted in an increased return for both the bank and the developer along with the successful sale of all units. It was Merranti’s ability to act as mediator and negotiator that meant the relationship between developer and funder could be salvaged and a management agreement be put in place. .
