A property company were at the point of investment in new IT Servers and software, wIth 10 users and being located in different parts of London they requested that Merranti consider alternatives and specifically using the "Cloud" as an option.
Merranti installed a Google Apps system and uploaded all the client files and information into the cloud, the system integrated with their phones as well as Ipads giving them a IT solution which synced with all platforms and reducing their cost and outlay. Their monthly charge was reduced to £33 per month for 10 users with £50 annually in additional storage space. With additional apps added from our recommendation at a further cost of £40 per month the client had a complete system replacing the existing technology and reducing the need for expensive IT support.
Our cost for the installation and training amounted to £1650.00. With support provided on our "pay as Need" system the client has significantly reduced his costs, capital investment and has increased his security and back up / crisis management systems.
