17-Apr-2012 Xpert Sports off the Pitch
Xpert Sports contacted Merranti business consultants when they wanted to start a new company for a new idea in sports training. With limited time and needing a head start Merranti with them to agree the strategy.
The following meeting we incepted the new company, provided the necessary company handbooks and policies as well as arranging for them to meet the local Barclays Bank Manager. Lastly we set them with Google apps and there emails , joint calendar and document storage was all up and running. All with 6 hours.

16-Jan-2012 Launch of New Party Company
Looking for a company that could provide business assistance and website management as well implementation, Party Central has chosen Merranti Consulting to assist with 5 shops over the next two years and a significant web presence within the first year.
Initially based out of Banstead, Surrey, UK the company believe that only with outsourcing the initial setup elements under an agreed business model will they be successful in being able to launch a retail and online presence as well as maintain the focus on the efficiency of the business. ___________________________________________

Merranti have been appointed to collect Ground Rents for an off shore Private Investor. The portfolio consisting of over 200 apartments has been outsourced to Merranti to save costs and provide efficiency in the management process. Part of the provision is that an online credit card system is provisioned enabling the leaseholder to pay from a click.

Merranti have completed a change over for a client to Google Business Apps. A product that particularly suited the client as they had staff that operated externally of the office.
We provided the education, training as well as the transfer of the data and all technical work required. In addition Merranti dealt with mobile communications and its integration into Google Apps. The site consisted of 10 users.

Merranti are pleased to announce the completion, on behalf of our client, of a development site located in Woking Surrey.
Currently benefiting from a planning permission the site will be reviewed before construction commences. Merranti assisted in structuring the purchase and ensuring that the site was purchased in the most efficient way.

12-Jul-2011 Set up of New Finance Team
Following a recent instruction to analyse the issues within a trading company, Merranti quickly recognised that the Directors were unable to make accurate forecasts due to the current financial management team and the software being utilised.
The team was re-structured and additional software implemented which created increased involvement in the sales reporting process. With a new head of department sourced by Merranti the relevant financial information became readily and more accessible to the Directors. In turn this resulted in a predicted forecasting system and transparency in sales targets for the company.
