This represents a significant discount to market value and was an off market acquisition.

 

The client needed Merranti to transact on their behalf to remain anonymous.

Following the on-going management process of a London development  we are able to confirm that one block has now fully completed and the second is all under contract.

 

This has been a successful development with Merranti's assistance in  a full business consultant  and management role, dealing with the complete sales and marketing procedures reporting to investor and bank concerned. This has realised £1.2 Million more than originally envisaged and all within the limited initial budget.
