We were approached by a company that had done just that and held an asset by way of a large development site that also incurred large running costs to maintain.

We were asked to deal with the launch of a new London Headquarters where the issue was the number of attendees at the event and the size of the building footplates preventing it from being held on one floor of the 5 storey building.
We created a concept where the event was held on 4 floors with small elements entertainment where it wasn't expected. The entire night was a themed Theatre opening night.
In addition to this was the timing issue, the office was fully staffed at 2.00pm the day of the event. This building was then cleared and the event that evening. Marketing Development Site
Merranti were requested to assist with revised marketing strategy for the sale of a number of London apartments. The existing site had failed to sell and the remaining marketing budget was significantly reduced.
We created a basic sale program that relied on keen pricing to achieve quick sales from cash buyers; we priced the units to give a good rental calculation for the rental market and arranged for finance products to enable people to buy. The marketing campaign was based on buying short notice space enabling us to have a longer campaign for less money.
This worked and we achieved 5 price increases over 3 months, increasing GDV by over £1.5 Million by the final sale. Our expertise was provided by commercial expertise and marketing management, we acted for the client as a fixed fee on sales with an open book on marketing costs so the client could benefit from our buying ability.
Robbie Williams Album Launch
The record label had contacted a number of companies to produce a CD delivery system to Radio DJ's where he would "present" them with the new album.
The issue was there was only 24 hours to create it.
We obviously said yes where everyone had said it would be impossible. We obtained a CD flight case and where everyone was trying to print we had the case sign written. The best ideas are sometimes the simplest.
