We are often asked questions such as:

The cost on pay as you go is £110 per hour, this is billed in 30 minute units and very rarely have we come across an event that has needed more than 1.5 hours and if it does will cap any problem at 3 hours.
Replacement of Finance Team:
As part of our General Consulting Service we recognised very quickly the existing finance team were acting inappropriately and causing significant issues within the information chain preventing the company from accurately reporting and leaving them unable to predict in the short term of months.
Merranti were instrumental in the releasing of team making sure that HR compliance was in place to prevent subsequent actions. We then located and first interviewed a new team away from the Clients own offices to prevent further unrest. Once a suitable candidate was located we then worked them to build a new team, during this process the accounts were out sourced to Merranti Consulting for the two month period providing continuity.
